Restaurateurs for a Day
Year 10 catering students learn how to "run City View Restaurant for the day" at Shooters Hill.
They developed napping folding skills into a Bishops Mitre, how to set a table for dining by learning the secrets of polishing cutlery to perfection, tasting the delicious cuisine prepared by KS5 students, and finally mixing a fruity sunrise cocktail using specialist equipment.
The catering students were enthused by the day and enjoyed every aspect - excellent preparation for their catering exam next year!
