As one of only three state-maintained secondary schools in the borough, we are proud to serve a vibrant and diverse community of students. Many of our young people face barriers to accessing aspirational experiences outside of school, and we are committed to changing that. We believe that real-world insight, encouragement, and connection can be life-changing—and that’s where you come in.

We’re inviting professionals, alumni, and visitors to our website to help us broaden our students’ horizons. Whether you’re able to give a talk, offer work experience, share your journey or help as part of our Parent and Friend Association, your involvement can make a lasting impact. Our students have a wide range of ambitions—from STEM and law to the arts and entrepreneurship—and they thrive when they hear from people who’ve walked the path before them.

We’re especially keen for speakers to share their personal stories, including the challenges they’ve overcome, the lessons they’ve learned, and the advice they wish they’d had. Your voice could be the spark that helps a student believe in their future.
