Our pastoral system is designed to provide a caring and closely monitored environment to ensure that every students' school days are happy, secure and successful and that they feel safe and fully supported.
Our experienced pastoral Teams, EAL and Learning Support Departments play a central role in supporting students in becoming independent young people. They aim to provide a personalised learning experience for our students tailored to their personal needs, talents and interests.
We aim to encourage:
- Imagination, resilience and lifelong learning for all our students
- Enjoyment of challenge regardless of outcome
- Success, harmony, excellence and justice for all
We place great emphasis on the importance of regular communication between the school and parents. Form tutors see their class at morning and afternoon registration each day and they and the Heads of Year stay in regular contact with parents.
